Currently the criteria for application to the Foundation are being finalised and reviewed.

The Foundation is currently focussed on establishing an endowment fund from which disbursements will be made. The current goal is to begin initial disbursements in April 2008, one year from launch of the Foundation. Potentially this may be able to happen earlier, depending on the generosity of the community and the FoundationÌs fundraising efforts.
