Pinktober, Events, Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation

What a great month PINKTOBER^®for Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation was raising over $36,000 for the Foundation. Since 2007 our PINKTOBER^® appeal has raised over $166,000.

Thank you to our very generous media partners - Hot 91, WIN and the Sunshine Coast Daily for their continued support.

Many local businesses and individuals participated in PINKTOBER^®by selling cmbcf merchandise or hosting fun evenings, tea parties and decorating their offices and homes in the powerful colour of pink. A highlight of PINKTOBER^® was the hughly successful charity Facebook Auction organised by our friends at Mamma's Market.

In supporting PINKTOBER^®you continue to keep the Foundation at the top-of-mind in the community and help promote early detection of breast cancer. The money raised from these various fundraisers stays on the Sunshine Coast to help Sunshine Coast families.

Breast cancer does not discriminate. It could be your wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter, neighbour, aunt, niece or cousin.
