returns policy -  Merchandise

We stand by the quality of CMBCF merchandise. All products are guaranteed for 12 months and we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. 

If you're not satisfied with any of your purchases, please return them for refund or exchange, with proof of purchase to:

Allow 10 working days to process refund or exchange.

Please note: We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned goods before offering a refund or exchange. Some products may vary from those advertised. Where applicable all prices include GST.

Cancellation Policy - Event Tickets

Cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund (per ticket) plus an administration fee of $25 per ticket will be issued if cancelled within ten days of the event, after which no refunds will be made. Tickets may be able to be transferred to other names, however you must advise CMBCF Events of your request at events@cmbcf.com.au.

Shipping Policy

Goods will be delivered via Australia Post unless specifically requested otherwise by you. Goods will be delivered within 14 working days. If Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc is unable to send the goods within the specified timeframe we will contact you by email or phone within 7 working days.

All orders are shipped complete when all goods are ready. If, for any reason, goods are out of stock, your order will be held until all items are available. If you would like a partial shipment made, please contact the Foundation 1 300 55 77 10.  Additional freight charges apply. 

To minimise handling costs for our supporters, we utilise Australia Post satchels. Each order has a flat $9.50 charge which we find covers most deliveries. If shipping your order is more expensive than that, or required to an address outside of Australia, we will contact you with details.  

All credit card charges will incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
