Edward, his wife Bettina and their four children (five when a daughter visits on holidays) live in Buderim.

Edward is passionate about strengthening and improving the social and economic fabric of the Sunshine Coast and working to develop positive relationships between all levels of government and the community.

Edward met Cindy and John through the kids kindy when he arrived on the coast. Having lost his mother to breast cancer, coupled with knowing a great many people who knew Cindy and John, he has no hesitation in accepting a position on the management committee of the foundation.

Edward brings with him to the committee knowledge, skills and qualifications in administration and governance. He has held numerous roles leading industry and community groups and committees
